What to Expect in Your First Class

Before Class

  • Arrive 15 minutes early
  • Bring water and a positive attitude
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes (we provide trial gi)
  • Trim your nails and remove jewellery

During Class

  1. Warm-up (10 mins) - BJJ-specific movements
  2. Technique (30 mins) - Learn 2-3 techniques
  3. Drilling (20 mins) - Practice with partners
  4. Rolling (30 mins) - Optional for beginners

After Class

  • Cool down and stretch
